Cocoa Tuile Leaf

20 Tuiles




3 egg whites

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 tbs butter

1 tbs avocado oil - or other neutral oil

1/4 tsp - pinch of salt


  1. Add all ingredients to small blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Spread the batter into the tuile mold and cook at 300 degrees for 10 minutes.

  3. Cool for at least 5 minutes, carefully remove and set aside until ready to use. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days.
