Dill Tartlet Dough

Seriously easy


1.5 cups flour

¼ cup cold water

2 tbs truffle oil

1 stick butter – cubed

3 tbs chopped dill

½ tsp salt


1.      Mix flour, truffle oil, butter, dill and salt in a mixer, slowly adding the water until dough comes together.

2.      Remove and kneed by hand for 5 minutes

3.      Chill for at least 1 hour before using
