Gin Remnant Aioli

2 pints


Seriously easy


2 cups mayo

2 egg yolks

2 tbs olive oil

2 tbs lemon juice

1 tbs diced shallots

1 tbs green peppercorns

1 tsp ground gin remnants (pickling spice is a close second)

1 tbs black pepper


  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend on medium low for 2-3 minutes or until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
