Bone Broth Rice

Seriously the easiest


2 cups bone broth 

1 cup rice

1 tsp salt

1 tbs avocado oil


1. In a small stock pot toast the rice on high heat

2. Add two cups bone broth and bring to a roiling boil

3. With a spatula scrap the bottom of the pot to make sure no rice is sticking

4. Cover with lid and reduce to low heat for 20 minutes

5. Remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes

6. Remove lid and drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt onto the rice

7. Stir with a fork briefly and let sit 5 minutes
