Ingredients
32 oz diced tomatoes
2 shallots
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
¼ cup cream
1 tbs basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
 ½ tsp Dijon with white wine
3 drops tabasco
Preparation
1. Dice shallots and sauté in butter until translucent
2.     Add flour, basil, and pepper and mix until moisture of butter is absorbed
3.     Add tomatoes and cream
4.     Add salt, Dijon, and tabasco
5.     Cook on medium high until brought to temp
6.     Use immersion blender to mix to desired consistency
