Ingredients
4 oz grass fed butter
4 os fontina
4 oz white cheddar
4 oz dubliner
4 oz cream cheese
2 oz parmesan
1 qt whipping cream
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp nutmeg
½ cup flour
1 shot whiskey
Preparation
In a large pot melt the butter on medium high heat.
Whisk in the flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg together until the butter starts to clump into a paste.
Add cream and milk.
Heat to medium high and start adding shredded cheese.
Once all cheese is melted, add whiskey and dijon.
Melt until gooey and sauce is ready
