Cardamon Honey Ice Cream with Mandarin Pistachio Praline
This ice cream tastes incredible. The cardamom bitters are the flavor delivery system. Bitters are high alcohol content flavor concentrate, vanilla extract is the same thing. Honey gives us the viscosity needed for a rich ice cream without using corn syrup. Then we infuse the praline with mandarin juice to give the pistachio nuttiness a lift of bright flavor throughout the aromatics of the cardamom cream. Knockout Christmas flavor.
